Refund Policy
Overview
Now Batting may offer paid subscriptions or purchases, including monthly, season, or annual access options. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
App Store and Google Play Purchases
If you purchased Now Batting through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase and refund request are handled by Apple or Google. Now Batting does not directly control app store refunds, billing decisions, or subscription cancellation settings.
To request a refund, use Apple's refund request process for Apple purchases or Google Play's refund request process for Google Play purchases.
You should also cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings if you do not want future renewals.
RevenueCat
Now Batting may use RevenueCat to manage subscription access and purchase status. RevenueCat helps us verify whether a subscription or purchase is active, but refunds are still typically handled by Apple App Store or Google Play when purchases are made through those stores.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for past charges. After cancellation, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, depending on Apple or Google's rules.
Season Passes
If Now Batting offers a season pass, it is intended to provide access for a limited season-length period shown at purchase. Refund eligibility will generally depend on the payment platform used for the purchase. If purchased through Apple or Google, their refund rules apply.
When to Contact Us
Contact Now Batting support if your Pro access does not activate after purchase, your subscription status looks incorrect, you were charged but cannot access paid features, you need help locating the correct refund process, or you believe there is a technical issue with your account.
We can review account status and help troubleshoot access, but we may not be able to directly issue refunds for app store purchases.
No Refunds for User Audio Rights Issues
Now Batting is not responsible for refunds related to a user importing audio they do not have permission to use. Users are responsible for ensuring they own, have licensed, or have permission to use imported audio, including any public performance rights.
AI Voice Generation Issues
AI-generated announcer intros may occasionally require pronunciation adjustments or regeneration. Minor pronunciation issues, style preferences, or user input errors may not qualify for a refund. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents paid features from working, contact support and we will review the issue.
