Contact us if you need help with signing in, creating or restoring a team, subscription access, AI voice intro generation, audio playback, imported music files, player photos, game mode, or account deletion.

Before Contacting Support

To help us solve the issue faster, please include:

  • Your account email
  • Your support ID from the profile page, if available
  • Device type: iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet
  • App version, if known
  • A short description of the problem
  • Screenshots, if helpful
  • Whether the issue happened online or offline

Subscription Help

If you purchased Pro but do not see Pro features:

  • Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for purchase.
  • Open Now Batting and check your account/subscription screen.
  • Try the Restore Purchase option, if available.
  • Contact support if access still does not appear.

For refunds, Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are usually handled by Apple or Google directly.

Imported Audio Reminder

Now Batting may allow users to import local audio files. You are responsible for making sure you own, have licensed, or have permission to use imported audio. This includes any public performance rights needed for games, leagues, schools, venues, or events.

Built-in tracks provided by Now Batting are available for use within the app.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Now Batting account from inside the app or by contacting support. Account deletion requests will be processed within 48 hours.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, send an email to support@nowbatting.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include the email address associated with your Now Batting account and a short note confirming that you want your account deleted.

Please delete my Now Batting account associated with this email address.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, teams, players, player photos, generated announcer audio, audio metadata, imported audio stored by the app, and app settings connected to your account.

Some information may remain for a limited time if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or billing reasons.

Important: Cancel Your Subscription Separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through Apple App Store subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.

Data We May Not Control

Some purchase, billing, refund, and subscription records are managed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Now Batting can delete app account data we control, but we may not be able to delete records maintained by those third-party platforms.
